Fifth day of the Milan fashion week: I’ve attended the Byblos, Missoni, Frankie Morello and the Ferragamo fashion shows. I wore a total look by Byblos for the Byblos fashion show (which hopefully you’ll soon see) and a Missoni total look for the other shows.

I just had the chance to take pictures at the Missoni and the Ferragamo fashion shows, so for the other two I’m publishing some of the looks I liked the most.

Byblos has proposed dresses with 3D effects, obtained by using embroidered metallic threads and sequins. Strictly high-waisted trousers and soft coats. Light shades, like white, pink and turquoise. The clothes suit to a modern and contemporary woman.

Missoni instead opts for a woman who appears in symbiosis with the landscape. The clothes, both with their colors and textures, are reminiscent of nature, with autumn leaves colors. This could also be noticed in the details and the accessories, such as long leather gloves worn with gaudy rings and leather belts which seem to be made out of tree bark. The colors are strictly neutral and the main ones are grey, green and brown.

The muse of the Frankie Morello fashion show was Joan Jett, a rock singer. And rock is of course the protagonist of the whole collection, made up of rebel looks with fluorescent and edgy colors. There were also some clothes stolen from a man’s wardrobe, like oversized blazers and white shirts. There were also lots of studs and leather, even for the night.

The last fashion show of the day was Ferragamo. The Ferragamo woman is sensual and elegant. The skirts are fluid and worked up in details, the chiffon dresses recreate the look of a romantic Tsarina. The Russian inspiration is also seen in the nuances and in the use of materials. I really loved the clothes with touches of lurex and transparencies.

Quinto giorno della Milan fashion week: ho assistito alle sfilate di Byblos, Missoni, Frankie Morello e Ferragamo. Per andare alla sfilata di Byblos ho indossato un vestito Byblos che vi farò vedere presto, mentre per la sfilata Missoni e per le successive un total look Missoni :)

Ho avuto modo di scattare foto solo alle sfilate di Missoni e Ferragamo, per le altre due vi propongo i look che ho apprezzato di più!

Byblos ha proposto abiti con fantasie ad effetto 3D, ricamati con fili metallici e paillettes. Pantaloni rigorosamente a vita alta e capispalla morbidi. Nuances chiare, come il bianco il rosa e il turchese. Abiti adatti a una donna contemporanea e moderna, se non addirittura proiettata verso il futuro.

Missoni invece fa sfilare una donna che sembra quasi in simbiosi con il paesaggio. Gli abiti infatti, sia nei colori che nelle trame, ricordano la natura ed i paesaggi autunnali. A fare la differenza sono i dettagli e gli accessori, come i guanti lunghi in pelle da indossare con anelli vistosi e le cinture in cuoio che ricordano la corteccia degli alberi. I colori sono rigorosamente neutri e principalmente sono: grigio, verde muschio e marrone.

La musa ispiratrice della sfilata di Frankie Morello è Joan Jett, cantante rock. E rock è naturalmente tutta la collezione, che vede come protagonisti dei look ribelli abbinati a colori fluo e grintosi. Non mancano i capi rubati dal guardaroba dell’uomo, come il blazer oversize e la camicia bianca. Tante borchie e tanta pelle, anche per gli abiti da sera.

Per finire sono stata alla sfilata di Ferragamo, tenutasi nella splendida cornice di Piazza Affari. La donna di Ferragamo è sensuale nella sua compostezza, nel suo essere delicatamente elegante. Le gonne sono fluide e lavorate fino nei minimi particolari, gli abiti di chiffon sono morbidi e ricreano un look da romantica zarina. I richiami alla Russia sono anche nelle nuances e nell’utilizzo dei materiali. Splendidi gli abiti con tocchi lurex e giochi di trasparenze.
